Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Overview
At Rltdy, all of our Red Light Therapy devices and masks are backed by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner from the date of purchase. This warranty gives you confidence in the quality and safety of your at-home wellness device.
(Please note that accessories, such as power cords, protective goggles, or carrying cases included with the device, are not covered under this warranty.)
2. Warranty Period & Eligibility
The warranty is automatically registered when the original purchaser places an order and receives the device from our official online store.
This warranty applies only to the initial purchaser.
Warranty transfer to a new owner is possible only if:

The original 2-year warranty period has not expired; and

The new owner can provide the original purchaser’s name and the order number.
3. What’s Covered
Device & Mask
All Red Light Therapy devices and masks are covered for 2 years.
We will repair or replace any device that is proven to have a manufacturing defect. Replacement devices may be provided in any available model or color if the original is out of stock.
Excluded from coverage:
Damage due to misuse, drops or impacts, exposure to liquids or chemicals, unauthorized modifications, or cosmetic wear (scratches, discoloration).
Battery
Rechargeable batteries included with devices are covered under a 2-year prorated warranty.
Defective batteries will be repaired or replaced at no cost during the warranty period.
The warranty period does not reset after replacement.
Excluded from coverage:
Damage due to misuse, abnormal exposure (water, heat, chemicals), improper charging, or use with non-compatible chargers.
Parts & Components
Original parts and components (LED panels, wiring, switches, timers) are covered by a 1-year warranty.
If replacement is required within the warranty period, please contact our support team.
Excluded from coverage:
Cosmetic wear, damage from accidents or abuse, regular wear and tear, or damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
4. How to File a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please email our support team at support@bestrlt.com with:

Your proof of purchase

Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Before filing a claim, our team may assist with troubleshooting — sometimes a simple adjustment solves the problem without needing a replacement.
Valid claims within the warranty period will be processed promptly. In most cases, you may be responsible for shipping costs to return the device or parts, unless otherwise arranged.
5. Shipping Damage Claims
Items damaged during delivery must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Please provide photo or video evidence so we can assist you promptly.
6. Other Terms
Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
The warranty may be voided if the device has been altered in a way that affects its performance or safety.
